1. Shipping Your Device to Us (Inbound Shipping)
When sending your device to us for repair, please follow these guidelines to ensure its safe arrival:
- Packaging: Please package your device securely in a sturdy box with adequate padding (e.g., bubble wrap, foam). Do not use the original product box for shipping, as it may not be returned. Avoid shipping unnecessary accessories like chargers, cables, or cases unless specifically requested by our technicians.
- Include Information: Inside the box, please include a printed copy of your repair service confirmation email or a note with the following information:

- Return Shipping Address
- Contact Phone Number and Email Address
- Repair Order Number (e.g., RO-12345)
- Shipping Service: We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides both tracking and insurance (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail). Tom's Computer and Phone Repair is not liable for devices that are lost or damaged during transit to our facility.

2. Shipping Your Repaired Device to You (Outbound Shipping)
Once your repair is complete and payment has been processed, we will ship your device back to you.
- Processing Time: Repaired devices are typically shipped within 1-2 business days following repair completion and final payment.
- Shipping Carrier: We primarily use UPS® and USPS® for our domestic shipments to ensure reliability and traceability. The choice of carrier for the selected service is at our discretion.
- Shipping Cut-Off Time: To facilitate prompt delivery, our shipping cut-off is 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Repairs completed and paid for after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

- Delivery Time: Typically 3−7 business days.
- Includes tracking and insurance up to $500.
- Expedited Insured Shipping:
- Cost: $29.95
- Delivery Time: Typically 2−3 business days.
- Includes tracking and insurance up to $1000.
- Overnight Insured Shipping:
- Cost: $49.95
- Delivery Time: Next business day (for orders processed before the $3:00 \text{ PM CST}$ cut-off).
- Includes tracking and insurance up to $1000.
Note: Shipping costs for returned devices will be added to your final repair invoice. For items purchased directly from our website (e.g., accessories), shipping will be calculated at checkout.
3. General Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Shipment Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
- Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred for address corrections or package rerouting requested after the item has shipped.
- Signature Requirement: For your protection, we may require a signature upon delivery for high-value items, at our discretion.
